Shipping & Returns

Please allow 2–3 business days for order processing. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your shipping details and tracking number. All orders include tracking, which can be used to follow the estimated delivery status of your package.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on location, carrier, and customs processing. byDrewCwiek is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs clearance. We are also not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees once the package reaches its destination country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and must be paid by the recipient. We do not control or estimate these fees, as customs policies vary by country.

We are unable to mark orders as gifts or undervalue items on customs forms. If a customer refuses delivery due to customs fees or import taxes, they assume full responsibility for all shipping costs, return fees, customs charges, and handling fees associated with the shipment.

If an order is returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. If these costs are not covered, the customer may forfeit the right to receive the package.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for reasons including but not limited to sizing issues, change of mind, or incorrect selection. Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all product descriptions, sizing charts, and details before placing an order.
